But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Magnus couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lander Andonegui in the 10th minute of play forced Chivos de Punto Fijo's goalkeeper Martin Pasqua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilazki Zumalburu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Pasqua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tombolo Wa Kadima D'AoustDaoust in the 16th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Chivos de Punto Fijo got a freekick which was hit by Jaunzuria Azpeitia. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luzea Pedrero during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Chivos de Punto Fijo getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Luzea Pedrero hit a great ball. Guillermo Güega recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Martin Pasqua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tombolo Wa Kadima D'AoustDaoust in the 24th minute of play. Mete Culiță made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Gayand Pombo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Chivos de Punto Fijo's Gayand Pombo got a free kick in the 28th minute. Lander Andonegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Pasqua having to interfere. Martin Pasqua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aiolos Oolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tombolo Wa Kadima D'AoustDaoust in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Pasqua saved Chivos de Punto Fijo from getting behind. Martin Pasqua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tombolo Wa Kadima D'AoustDaoust, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The supporters of Aioros FC booed when Chivos de Punto Fijo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaunzuria Azpeitia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Magnus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Pasqua having to interfere. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Luzea Pedrero got his second yellow card of the match in the 45th minute. The referee ordered Luzea Pedrero off the ground. Lander Andonegui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Martin Pasqua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lauren Traspuesto made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Chivos de Punto Fijo's goal looked a bit too open when Lander Andonegui came free, but Martin Pasqua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute of the match Aioros FC got a corner. Chivos de Punto Fijo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rodney Mullen ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lander Andonegui was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Erik Magnus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Pasqua read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Chivos de Punto Fijo's goalkeeper Martin Pasqua had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tombolo Wa Kadima D'AoustDaoust. The crowd rose to their feet as Tombolo Wa Kadima D'AoustDaoust kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Martin Pasqua. That made the score 0-2 in the 60 minute of play. Martin Pasqua was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rodney Mullen. Christopher Riverol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Mete Culiță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, one of Chivos de Punto Fijo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chivos de Punto Fijo. When the match had been going on for 77 minutes, Aioros FC's Rodney Mullen got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Martin Pasqua. After a defensive mix-up in Chivos de Punto Fijo's zone, Aiolos Oolo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Pasqua came out of the goal and Aiolos Oolo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Martin Pasqua made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aiolos Oolo in the 84th minute. Aiolos Oolo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Martin Pasqua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. William Stryker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Pasqua having to interfere. Chivos de Punto Fijo's Gabriel Gay was substituted for Lauren Traspuesto. When the final whistle sounded Aioros FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chivos de Punto Fijo.
