Milan's Rainerio Cia got control of the ball when Primo Peramato tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reynardo Salto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rainerio Cia came out and tried to block the shot, but Reynardo Salto slotted it home off the left post making it 0-16 in the 82nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Roger Bannister kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rainerio Cia. That made the score 0-18 in the 92 minute of play. In the 96th minute, Roger Bannister made a precise shot to the right of Rainerio Cia. A.C. Milan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-19.
