Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but King Scorpio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by King Scorpio in the 10th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. King Scorpio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Glenn Fyfe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 74th minute, King Scorpio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by A4p FC Gad's Gică Busuioc. But to his dismay, Gică Busuioc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After 82 minutes of play, A4p FC Gad's King Scorpio made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 89 minutes into the game, Alex Chicote threw the ball into play from the sideline. A4p FC Gad's 邱振广 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 90 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when King Scorpio came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. When King Scorpio came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the A4p FC Gad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that King Scorpio couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The A4p FC Gad fans cheered their team off the field, for while Venezuela had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
