In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SWARS's goalie prevented a goal. Evert Persson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Sebastian Bolin kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Sven-Erik Skarkman in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. The supporters of Honduras booed when SWARS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfons Emander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evert Persson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 28th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Rutger Forsberg sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the game, Sven-Erik Skarkman threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, SWARS's Beloslav Vesov got a free kick in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rutger Forsberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rutger Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rutger Forsberg in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Evert Persson in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ivan Navarro hit a great ball. Alfons Emander's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfons Emander helped the player get up and apologised. Moises Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven-Erik Skarkman made in the 90th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Valentín Carvallo. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bror Arenius in the 93rd minute of the match. The supporters of SWARS booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. SWARS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Honduras for a fine match.
