The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC WAWER's 安柯 Sar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of play. 安柯 Sar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, FC WAWER's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but 安柯 Sar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC WAWER's goalie prevented a goal. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after FC WAWER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which 安柯 Sar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikolaj Majtyka's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikolaj Majtyka helped the player get up and apologised. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Owen Vera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Owen Vera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 安柯 Sar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Owen Vera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the FC WAWER defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 安柯 Sar. The FC WAWER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 安柯 Sar should have stopped the shot. 安柯 Sar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 39th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Pérez García came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, Owen Vera made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Pérez García came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when FC WAWER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Falalu Falah didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Daniel Zorita from long distance, 53 minutes into the match, got 安柯 Sar's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Alvaro Pérez García struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC WAWER. Agustín Saelices blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 安柯 Sar having to make a save. 61 minutes into the match, Wellington Recife notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC WAWER's 安柯 Sar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save FC WAWER from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 安柯 Sar having to interfere. FC WAWER's Herbert Barycz was substituted for Paulo Hellmich. FC WAWER's 安柯 Sar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save FC WAWER from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from He Qi Mo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 81 played minutes FC WAWER got a freekick which was hit by Owen Vera. Luis Andino struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. 安柯 Sar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 3-2 when He Qi Mo sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. With a little luck, FC WAWER's 安柯 Sar got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, He Qi Mo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and He Qi Mo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but FC WAWER were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
