After 5 played minutes IFK Högalid got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Lenberg. Enzo Palos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malcolm Lenberg made in the 15th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Edvin Lang however managed to control. The supporters of IFK Högalid booed when Aguilas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Naike didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Robin Kleen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Palos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Aguilas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Bernard to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Palos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvin Lang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Svensson in the 38th minute of play forced Aguilas FC's goalkeeper Enzo Palos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvin Lang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enzo Palos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Kleen in the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Jonathan Svensson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enzo Palos. Aguilas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Svensson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Svensson was the one to do the kick off. When Luciano Gaitan came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Aguilas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Gaitan couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the match, Aguilas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Kleen came free, but Enzo Palos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Enzo Palos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Aguilas FC's Evaristo Rocio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Malte Björkdahl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Iker Aztore hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, IFK Högalid's Edvin Lang tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Aguilas FC's Enzo Palos got control of the ball when Robin Kleen tried to sneak it across the goal line. IFK Högalid were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Aguilas FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edvin Lang took the corner. IFK Högalid's Edvin Lang was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Enzo Palos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Jonathan Svensson came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the IFK Högalid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Svensson couldn't finish the play.
