Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Berganza got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Anıl Cenk Yılğıralp tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 4 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Anıl Cenk Yılğıralp. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 6th minute of play forced Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Matias Eder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusebio Beltran got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Eder having to interfere. Eusebio Beltran took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Matias Eder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Águilas Poblanas's Virgilio Guerau got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matias Eder. Águilas Poblanas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidoro Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Eusebio Beltran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Eusebio Beltran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Eusebio Beltran made the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Guerau hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 minutes of play, Águilas Poblanas's Gustavo Chabier made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92ndth minute of the game Eusebio Beltran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Águilas Poblanas.
