The supporters of Jamaica booed when Apocalipse FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antônio de Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Ruy Tinoco notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 19 minutes, Jarell Hill managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jamaica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarell Hill was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jamaica's Romon Oliver got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Apocalipse FC's Gianluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Finlay Stair in the 28th minute of play. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson Sousa in the 42nd minute of play. Celsinho Soares charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celsinho Soares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd match minute, Apocalipse FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celsinho Soares to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Rodrigues in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Demonde Jacobson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Rodrigues to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Marcos Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demonde Jacobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 62nd minute of the match, Karlus Waugh tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gianluigi Buffon saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Marcos Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Marcos Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demonde Jacobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 77 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Rodrigues came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gianluigi Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Finlay Stair in the 78th minute. Marcos Rodrigues scored 5-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Demonde Jacobson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ruy Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ruy Tinoco came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Apocalipse FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruy Tinoco couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Marcos Rodrigues sped through Jamaica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Demonde Jacobson. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Apocalipse FC fully deserved thier win.
