Adrian Isbășoius short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Adrian Isbășoiu sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Viktor Axelssons short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Isbășoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 15th play minutes Viktor Axelsson shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Isbășoiu in the 18th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Jean Paul Moscatelli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jonathan Ferrant, passed just outside the right post. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Isbășoiu in the 28th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Isbășoiu in the 31st minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Adrian Isbășoiu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Isbășoiu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Viktor Axelsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by FC MCM's Viktor Axelsson. But to his dismay, Viktor Axelsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viktor Axelsson made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viktor Axelsson in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. When Viktor Axelsson came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the FC MCM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viktor Axelsson couldn't finish the play. FC MCM's Maxim Frumuzache was substituted for Andrei Murărașu. When Melker Flink fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC MCM's protests and gave Melker Flink a yellow card for diving instead. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebiu Astafei in the 68th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cătălin Agulescu in the 68th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Adrian Isbășoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. If Cătălin Agulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 75 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 76th minute of the match Cristi Maniu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cătălin Agulescu in the 80th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cătălin Agulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cătălin Agulescu in the 83rd minute of play. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Călin Prunaru having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Venezuela's Patricio Costa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Călin Prunaru. Călin Prunaru yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-1. In the 90th minute of the match, Patricio Costa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Călin Prunaru saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vali Cârnu in the 94th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC MCM fully deserved thier win.
