Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sertaç Cansefa got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniele Danza, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Civetta Calcio's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anthony Sacchi came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Civetta Calcio's Ricardo Arias got a free kick in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 30th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuele Corsi to make the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Danza in the 52nd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuele Corsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. When Civetta Calcio's Emanuele Corsi in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 74th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Sacchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Arias made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. 87 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anthony Sacchi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 90 minutes of play, Civetta Calcio's Sertaç Cansefa made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuele Corsi in the 93rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Civetta Calcio's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
