Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Francisco Seco kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice moves Elpidio Espiridion could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Joaquin Gayoso however easily saved by the left post. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by LA IMPRENTA's Elpidio Espiridion. But to his dismay, Elpidio Espiridion quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Espiridion got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 19th minute, Bruno Beldad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Camilo Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Uruguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Ricardo Bertoni scored to the left of an out of position Joaquin Gayoso, making the score, 2-0. 30 minutes into the game, Moises Rojelio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Ricardo Bertoni sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Elpidio Espiridion tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uruguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Elpidio Espiridion scored to the left of an out of position Joaquin Gayoso, making the score, 3-0. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elpidio Espiridion in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Elpidio Espiridion ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elpidio Espiridion to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elpidio Espiridion in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Espiridion, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Arild Berdal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Elpidio Espiridion's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Francisco Seco could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Bernardino Mark however easily saved by the left post. After 65th play minutes Elpidio Espiridion shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Joaquin Gayoso and just under the crossbar into goal. LA IMPRENTA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Liu Chang Hong in the 71st minute. LA IMPRENTA were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Uruguay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Liu Chang Hong took the corner. If Elpidio Espiridion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Mark having to interfere. After 80 minutes, Ricardo Bertoni made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute, Elpidio Espiridion left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LA IMPRENTA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Espiridion in the 91st minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Uruguay's zone, Elpidio Espiridion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Elpidio Espiridion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The LA IMPRENTA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
