Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 2 minutes into the game, Eddy Laporte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 6 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinaert Vischkens. 7 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo De Jonge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, Salvador Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Paul-Louis Jannes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Octaaf Bosmans ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 28 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Weijnants recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Ferdinand Weijnants showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Weijnants got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by KFC Vliegplein's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. Ferdinand Weijnants received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 40th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Eddy Laporte reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 4-0. In the 48th minute of the match, Eddy Laporte tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eddy Laporte made a kick off. If Ferdinand Weijnants had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 57 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Gisbert. KFC Vliegplein's Eddy Laporte got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eddy Laporte went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaert Vischkens in the 66th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 70 minutes of play, KFC Vliegplein's Eddy Laporte made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rdth minute of the game Eddy Laporte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of KFC Vliegplein booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Endel Darmer missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 77 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Jonathan Ferrant right hand side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octaaf Bosmans in the 79th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Vliegplein's Eddy Laporte. But to his dismay, Eddy Laporte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. After 83 minutes, Eddy Laporte made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 85th minute. Endel Darmer was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 88 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Piet Van Bostraeten. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Teo De Jonge made a huge save. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. KFC Vliegplein had played much better football throughout.
