In the 12th match minute, Internet XAire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Garaile to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Nacho Villarroel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nacho Villarroel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Adam Bareiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Internet XAire's Nacho Villarroel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Bareiro got free with Benito Sanz in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Internet XAire's Victorio Perico in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Bareiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 74thth minute of the game Adam Bareiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Guido Pietro took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. After 79th play minutes Nacho Villarroel shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. Victorio Perico scored 10-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Internet XAire's Edgardo Nuno was substituted for Guido Pietro. If Adam Bareiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the game, Nacho Villarroel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Internet XAire booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Bareiro in the 96th minute of the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Victorio Perico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internet XAire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorio Perico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
