In the 10th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastião Xoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes in the game Orlando Tafalla did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Santino Seco. Sebastião Xoxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 13th minute of play. After 14 minutes Pogoń Szczecin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Axel Montenegro who took care of the corner kick. 17 minutes into the game, Colombia's Axel Montenegro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastião Xoxe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Norbert Major blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Sebastião Xoxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Abram Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastião Xoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Colombia's Abram Sarmiento in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 76th minute, Darko Pančev left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pogoń Szczecin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
