The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aureliano Jordy kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Cutberto in the 15th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Reynaldo Quinito put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. 27 minutes into the game, Jorge Sainz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Reynaldo Quinitos short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Joaquin Gayoso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Uruguay booed when RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Jordy didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Cutberto couldn't finish the play. Thodoris Katsiaros hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Cutberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Ma Xiang Yang scored 4-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victor Cutberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice moves Francisco Seco could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Mustafa Arif Devrim however easily saved by the left post. After 85 minutes RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jaime Cazalla who took care of the corner kick. Uruguay's Jaime Cazalla was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mustafa Arif Devrim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Covarrubias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute Ma Xiang Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18's Victor Cutberto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The referee showed Edgar Capixaba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edgar Capixaba hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Uruguay's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because RIVER y NADA MÁS 09.12.18 had won, even though Uruguay had held more of the ball.
