Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Larkins Potter tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 6 minutes, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmundo Espiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After taking down the ball on Wara's corner Cheb El-Hadi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lautaro Navarro quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Larkins Potter kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Faouzi Louahla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cheb El-Hadi made in the 21st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hemza Khaled. After 21 minutes of play, Wara's Faouzi Louahla made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Larkins Potter in the 26th minute. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faouzi Louahla in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cheb El-Hadi was slow to take the kick. During this time Wara's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Honduras's goalie and right to Hemza Khaled. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Honduras's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Larkins Potter made a kick off. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faouzi Louahla in the 53rd minute of play. After taking down the ball on Wara's corner Cheb El-Hadi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lautaro Navarro quite easily take care of the ball. If Larkins Potter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Larkins Potter in the 58th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Larkins Potter sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Wara's Elias Urdaspal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 64th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Ivan Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Honduras booed when Wara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faouzi Louahla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Larkins Potter in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faouzi Louahla, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute Larkins Potter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wara were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after Honduras's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cheb El-Hadi took the corner. In the 91st match minute, Wara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cheb El-Hadi to maneuver through the defense. Moises Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Urdaspal having to interfere. Wara's Faouzi Louahla got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Wara.
