The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabrício Baía got free with Camilo Freixa in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute, Mario Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Marco Espírito Santo came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the AD Oliveirense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Espírito Santo couldn't finish the play. The supporters of AD Oliveirense booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Ferrant didn't get a good kick on the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dave Nash. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Espírito Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dave Nash took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as AD Oliveirense's Alfréd Fenyvessy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Camilo Freixa. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. After 28 played minutes AD Oliveirense got a freekick which was hit by 贺宽桦. Júlio César showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Fernandino in the 29th minute of the match. If Alfréd Fenyvessy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Gallo to maneuver through the defense. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Bolivia from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the match, Dave Nash dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Camilo Freixa, 3-0. In the 37th minute, Dave Nash reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Camilo Freixa. The goal made the score 4-0. AD Oliveirense's Júlio César played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Fontirroig in the 43rd minute of play. A throw-in in the 47th minute of the game was made by André Fraga with Fabrício Baía as target, who quickly passed the ball forward.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dave Nash made a kick off. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Espírito Santo in the 51st minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Marco Espírito Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AD Oliveirense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Espírito Santo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Dave Nash managed to get in a good position for a shot. AD Oliveirense's supporters rose to their feet, but Dave Nash was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Freixa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Júlio César narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 71 minutes into the game, Fabrício Baía cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AD Oliveirense's Celedonio Berenguer was substituted for Dave Nash. AD Oliveirense made a substitution. Hugo Manso replaced 贺宽桦. The AD Oliveirense fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when AD Oliveirense's Celedonio Berenguer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of AD Oliveirense booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso de la Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by AD Oliveirense's Celedonio Berenguer. But to his dismay, Celedonio Berenguer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Camilo Freixa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute.
