Ziemowit Haskiewicz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 3rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Billy Sandström in the 5th minute. Karl Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 6th minute of play. Axel Montenegro, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. BANDOLEIROS osasco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kleber Chalas in the 13th minute. The corner led BANDOLEIROS osasco's Kleber Chalas to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Manzanares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Billy Sandström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Pedro Manzanares when he managed to save the team from getting behind. BANDOLEIROS osasco were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kleber Chalas took the corner. 21 minutes into the game, Billy Sandström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares. Billy Sandström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Sandström in the 27th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ziemowit Haskiewicz got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, BANDOLEIROS osasco's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Karl Pilgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Billy Sandström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Manzanares, 2-0. In the 40th minute Billy Sandström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, BANDOLEIROS osasco's Pedro Manzanares threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Billy Sandström, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Karl Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 42nd minute of play. BANDOLEIROS osasco's Karl Pilgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BANDOLEIROS osasco's Benedito Valentim got a free kick in the 46th minute. Karl Pilgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Billy Sandström made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abram Sarmiento in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl Pilgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BANDOLEIROS osasco's Cícero Arce was substituted for Beto Toledo. Axel Montenegro made a great header on Colombia's corner, it was just that BANDOLEIROS osasco's Karl Pilgren managed to reach the ball for a save. After 63 played minutes BANDOLEIROS osasco got a freekick which was hit by Miromir Hajto. 64 minutes into the match, BANDOLEIROS osasco's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Karl Pilgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Karl Pilgren threw himself towards the right post 69 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Santino Seco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Luis Cazalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Karl Pilgren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Santino Seco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 76 minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Cresenciano Camino came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Karl Pilgren in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Augusto Nóbrega in the 86th minute of play. Karl Pilgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevin Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cícero Arce hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute of the match Kevin Mastache sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl Pilgren skillfully saved the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
