Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pearse McWilliam took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Honduras booed when St. James Gate F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hewney Kirby didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, St. James Gate F.C.'s Pearse McWilliam dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 14th minute, Hewney Kirby ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Egan McLaughlin's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Egan McLaughlin helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes St. James Gate F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Egan McLaughlin. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Esteban Carvallo hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Barhart Costello came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barhart Costello in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of St. James Gate F.C. booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Pearse McWilliam managed to get in a good position for a shot. St. James Gate F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Pearse McWilliam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Barhart Costello took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 40th minute of play forced St. James Gate F.C.'s goalkeeper Brigid Rutherford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gealan Cooney kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pearse McWilliam in the 59th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Barhart Costello's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. The St. James Gate F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when St. James Gate F.C.'s Barhart Costello looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. St. James Gate F.C. made a substitution. Sherlock Brennan replaced Hewney Kirby. St. James Gate F.C.'s Burke Martyn was substituted for Barhart Costello. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burke Martyn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 71 played minutes St. James Gate F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Egan McLaughlin. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 74 minutes of play, St. James Gate F.C.'s Bowie Caffrey made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Moises Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brigid Rutherford breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bowie Caffrey, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute Bowie Caffrey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute Sherlock Brennan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brigid Rutherford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. A collision led to St. James Gate F.C. getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Gealan Cooney hit a great ball. St. James Gate F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
