When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Dave Di Filippo took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. Dave Di Filippo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Oskar Haeger made a huge save. Hermanö Oilers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Oskar Haeger, making the score, 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oskar Haeger. That made the score 3-3 after 66 minutes of play. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Oskar Haeger could save by the left post. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Oskar Haeger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hermanö Oilers made a substitution. Luís Eduardo Loureiro replaced Horea Popârcea. Dave Di Filippo took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Harry Forsman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Hermanö Oilers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Harel Minsky in the 82nd minute. It was a well-played corner which Hjalmar Askelöf managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 83 minutes into the match, Hermanö Oilers's Hjalmar Askelöf sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingemar Stålman in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Juan Sebastián Puig hit a great ball. When the match had been going on for 89 minutes Cristian Sancho shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Oskar Haeger when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Hermanö Oilers's Hjalmar Askelöf got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Hermanö Oilers had won after a very even match.
