In the 10th minute of the match, Louis Makris got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ricardo Zorita was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 13th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionysis Loizos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manos Komaitis during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th match minute, RO Army V55 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manos Komaitis to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 18th minute of play forced RO Army V55's goalkeeper Dionysis Loizos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stamatis Leontiou struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Ricardo Zorita didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RO Army V55. 24 minutes into the match, Louis Makris notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fanis Katsiaounis in the 26th minute of the match. Louis Makris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. Abram Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Louis Makris stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Jesus Carvallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RO Army V55 the free kick. After 54 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Carvallo. Dionysis Loizos made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Moises Fernandino sent off a good shot on target. Moises Fernandino kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Abram Luque recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dionysis Loizos. Abram Luque showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. 74 minutes into the game, RO Army V55's Louis Makris nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. A collision led to RO Army V55 getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Pavlos Pantelakis hit a great ball. Dionysis Loizos acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 83rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mateo Leguizamo. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Dionysis Loizos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. Jesus Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Stamatis Leontiou came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
