Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Brufoss IL's Emanuel Markham started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kai Østbye in the 3rd minute of the match. Borys Witek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 5th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Brufoss IL's Lautaro Navarro threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kent Remme, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Emanuel Markham tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Remme, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Borys Witek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 17th minute Moises Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Witek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 minutes of play, Brufoss IL's Kent Remme made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The throw-in from Emmanuel Schol in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Christer Hustad kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Witek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Emanuel Markham got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 31st minute, Milagros Cabal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kai Østbye took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Remme came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 35 minutes, Emanuel Markham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brufoss IL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Markham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakob Lode in the 41st minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Borys Witek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Emmanuel Schol in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Sebastian Villa.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Emmanuel Schol made in the 53rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Markham's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kent Remme in the 58th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Brufoss IL's Emanuel Markham nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a free kick in the 65th minute. Emanuel Markham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Emanuel Markham sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. 78 minutes into the game, Kai Østbye cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Honduras's Luca Espinar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Emmanuel Schol in the 81 minute of the game. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Emanuel Markham sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. After a rather tough play, Brufoss IL's Emanuel Markham got a free kick in the 89th minute. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Markham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honduras's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
