But to his dismay, 严泉洲 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 陆亦然 kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 刘弘军 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Puig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Benito Sanz managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when ≮Empire≯ 知否知否应是绿肥红瘦's 傅明誉 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hugo Ferrant made in the 41st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ≮Empire≯ 知否知否应是绿肥红瘦's 狄岩云. 44 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when 严泉洲 came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 刘弘军 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. In the 68th match minute, ≮Empire≯ 知否知否应是绿肥红瘦 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 谢卫浩 to maneuver through the defense. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 傅明誉 in the 70th minute of play. If 严泉洲 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute 严泉洲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by ≮Empire≯ 知否知否应是绿肥红瘦's 何迅晨. But to his dismay, 何迅晨 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 77 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Alcocer. After 79 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ferrant. If 傅明誉 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when 傅明誉 came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 傅明誉 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save.
