Thiago Pliego was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Virgilio Lawrence showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. KяαdivÄch3 FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the match, KяαdivÄch3 FC's Virgilio Lawrence sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 35th minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Genaro Asur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. A sloppy throw-in by Nereo Txurio in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chile's Felix Garrido. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgilio Lawrence was the one to do the kick off. Virgilio Lawrence's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Chile's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game was made by Nereo Txurio with Pastor Hartz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 94 minutes into the game, KяαdivÄch3 FC's Pastor Hartz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
