Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfie Downing started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes, Malcolm Adcock mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Chelsea and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Real Chelsea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Malcolm Adcock to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Comunardo Prandini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alfie Downing could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. In the 14th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Prandini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stu Bullock was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Chelsea's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Real Chelsea's Timothy Thorne to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the match, Real Chelsea's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Comunardo Prandini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gus Weir in the 32nd minute of the match. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Comunardo Prandini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 36th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Comunardo Prandini was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Comunardo Prandini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 43rd minute of play. Alfie Downing charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfie Downing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Real Chelsea getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alfie Downing hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Comunardo Prandini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 50th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Real Chelsea's goalkeeper Comunardo Prandini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Timothy Thorne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Gus Weir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Real Chelsea's Patrick Panther was substituted for Tony Domingues. With a little luck, Real Chelsea's Comunardo Prandini got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Comunardo Prandini. Comunardo Prandini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Comunardo Prandini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Comunardo Prandini quite easily take care of the ball. Comunardo Prandini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 86th minute. Comunardo Prandini made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Comunardo Prandini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Real Chelsea fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
