Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 3rd minute of play forced Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Charles Björkqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Here Comes the Hammer's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The Here Comes the Hammer fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Charles Björkqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Björkqvist having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdir Velloso in the 20th minute of the match. Valdir Velloso in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Charles Björkqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Valdir Velloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Here Comes the Hammer's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Charles Björkqvist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kenneth Jönsson's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kenneth Jönsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Here Comes the Hammer's Kenneth Jönsson got a free kick in the 45th minute. Charles Björkqvist came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for John Eriksson to strike the kick off in the second half. Charles Björkqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 53rd minute. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Velloso in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Yu Xiong Yan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kenneth Jönsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tord Spetz kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Luis Andino was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Ecuador's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 66 minutes in the game Primitivo Andino did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Cristian Sancho. Charles Björkqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 67th minute of play. John Eriksson might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Eriksson ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Charles Björkqvist to make any attempt to save it. Here Comes the Hammer made a substitution. Carlinhos Félix replaced Valdir Velloso. Here Comes the Hammer made a substitution. Gustav Larsfelt replaced Lei Lei Feng. After 80 minutes, Carlinhos Félix made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Carlinhos Félix put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Primitivo Andino made in the 89th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Daniel Zorita however managed to control. Murillo Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Félix came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
