Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fabian Resel got the match started through his kick off. F.C. Sosnowiec's Zbyszko Andrzejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 3rd minute of play. Zbyszko Andrzejewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Resel's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Venezuela's Patricio Costa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Maksymilian Japola, made in the 15th minute of the game. 19 minutes into the game, F.C. Sosnowiec's Fabian Resel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Fabian Resel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 23 played minutes F.C. Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Maksymilian Japola. A collision led to F.C. Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ulryk Rzeszutko hit a great ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zbyszko Andrzejewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Tomas Illescas sped through F.C. Sosnowiec's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zbyszko Andrzejewski. Maksymilian Japola hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Tomas Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zbyszko Andrzejewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Resel in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zbyszko Andrzejewski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 75th minute of play forced F.C. Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Zbyszko Andrzejewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert got a free kick in the 85th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Resel in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 88 minutes in the game, Patricio Costa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Zbyszko Andrzejewski having to interfere. The F.C. Sosnowiec fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Venezuela were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
