After a defensive mix-up in Knights Templar's zone, Francisco Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bozhin Palakarchev came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute of the game Hristiyan Tzukev made a throw-in which Zlatko Stumbov played forward. Bozhin Palakarchev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match, Sava Dodov tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joaquin Gayoso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 1-0 became the score in the 13th minute when Zlatko Stumbov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Knights Templar's Zlatko Stumbov got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sava Dodov in the 19th minute of play. Sava Dodov struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knights Templar. Maximiliano Escribano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Bozhin Palakarchev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zlatko Stumbov in the 95th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uruguay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Knights Templar.
