Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Berganza got the match started through his kick off. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godofredo Marin in the 3rd minute. 5 minutes into the match, Godofredo Marin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemanja Vidić's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cruz Credo went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When Alex Cambeiro fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panama's protests and gave Alex Cambeiro a yellow card for diving instead. Alex Cambeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Maravilla's Paulus Van Poucke shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcos Cotilla but with some difficulty. The crowd rose to their feet as Cruz Credo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 3-0 in the 17 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cruz Credo in the 25th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Facundo Altamirano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was a well-played corner which Miguel Miralles managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Jose Carita kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Cruz Credo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla, 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Cruz Credo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcos Cotilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cruz Credo went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Cruz Credo got a free kick in the 59th minute. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Felipe Ros hit a great ball. Maravilla's Paulus Van Poucke got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Maravilla's Cruz Credo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reiner Sørrig in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th minute Maravilla were awarded a corner. Paulus Van Poucke went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Paulus Van Poucke almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla did a great save. In the 80th minute Cruz Credo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Panama's Felipe Ros got a free kick in the 87th minute. Reiner Sørrig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. There was no doubt that Maravilla were the better team. Maravilla's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
