Osvaldo Raebert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Camilo Freixa made a huge save. 16 minutes into the match, Osvaldo Raebert notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Bolivia's Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21st minute, Osvaldo Raebert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Raebert in the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Delmar Erruki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 37 in the game by Osvaldo Raebert from a close distance when the talented Camilo Freixa managed to make a qualified save. Bolivia's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Bolivia's Eduardo Fontirroig got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute, Julio Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvaldo Raebert was the one to do the kick off. Alejandro Villa hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gustavo Garci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Fontirroig during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alejandro Villa kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Osvaldo Raebert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's Andres Lluciano got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th match minute, Bolivia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Gallo to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Garci, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Osvaldo Raebert struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1. In the 74th minute, Mario Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 76th minute, Osvaldo Raebert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camilo Freixa was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Joshua Miralles's late challenge caught a Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joshua Miralles helped the player get up and apologised. 83 minutes into the match, Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's Gustavo Garci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Freixa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Alfonso de la Cruz fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Alfonso de la Cruz a yellow card for diving instead. Andres Lluciano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Julio Chicote. During the 95th minute of the match Alfonso de la Cruz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alfonso de la Cruz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 96th minute, Alfonso de la Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
