Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, ❤GinchanelManu13❤'s Benito Sanz threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Attilio Sciarra, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 23 minutes into the game, ❤GinchanelManu13❤'s Attilio Sciarra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 26 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Sciarra came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Luongo took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Benito Sanz stood somewhat misplaced when Enzo Luongo came free in front of goal and shot 6-0 to the left of him in the 31 minute. Enzo Luongo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Sanz came out and tried to block the shot, but Enzo Luongo slotted it home off the left post making it 7-0 in the 34th minute. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enzo Luongo's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. When Alan Moruga fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Alan Moruga a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Attilio Sciarra fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 44th minute, Attilio Sciarra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 9-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enzo Luongo was the one to do the kick off. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Luongo in the 58th minute of play. Alexander Carballo charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Carballo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ❤GinchanelManu13❤ booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Carballo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enzo Luongo took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Sciarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ❤GinchanelManu13❤'s Mister Bean was substituted for Frigyes Madarász. ❤GinchanelManu13❤'s Xabat Portillo was substituted for Attilio Sciarra. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Xabat Portillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Xabat Portillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The ❤GinchanelManu13❤ fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when ❤GinchanelManu13❤'s Mister Bean looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 13-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 74 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Xabat Portillo came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 77th minute Xabat Portillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mister Bean, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Alan Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Mister Bean managed to get in a good position for a shot. ❤GinchanelManu13❤'s supporters rose to their feet, but Mister Bean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Mister Bean ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mister Bean in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute Mister Bean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mister Bean in the 89th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90th play minutes Mister Bean shot 15-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xabat Portillo in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Alexander Carballo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. In the 96th minute, Alexander Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
