Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when KS HANZA Goleniów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Engkos Anhar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Akın Sahir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Șerban Chihaia in the 16th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS HANZA Goleniów's Șerban Chihaia got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Eliseo Noboa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sergiu Cioacă was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Akın Sahir might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Akın Sahir ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute, Morgan Lundqvist made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Șerban Chihaia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute Edmund Moryl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Benito Sanz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Akın Sahir was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Șerban Chihaia notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. KS HANZA Goleniów's Miromir Podowski was substituted for Șerban Chihaia. Alan Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, Hugo Ferrant was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS HANZA Goleniów the free kick. KS HANZA Goleniów made a substitution. Zbyszek Przybyciel replaced Morgan Lundqvist. 71 minutes into the game, one of Costa Rica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 74th minute there was a penalty for KS HANZA Goleniów. Klement Marut stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Benito Sanz. 7-1. Zbyszek Przybyciel struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS HANZA Goleniów. KS HANZA Goleniów's Ryan Giggs was substituted for Zachariasz Mios. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klement Marut in the 80th minute of play. After 80 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. A collision led to KS HANZA Goleniów getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Zbyszek Przybyciel hit a great ball. In the 86th minute Zbyszek Przybyciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute KS HANZA Goleniów were awarded a corner. Edmund Moryl went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Akın Sahir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. 91 minutes into the match, Miromir Podowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miromir Podowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. In the 94th minute, Abel Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 97 minutes into the match, Akın Sahir notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KS HANZA Goleniów fully deserved thier win.
