Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Youri Djorkaeff made the kick off which started today's match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Youri Djorkaeff in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lilian Thuram kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edmundo Espiga in the 14th minute. After taking down the ball on Honduras's corner Edmundo Espiga fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Danny Pasquier quite easily take care of the ball. Avel Vat's Danny Pasquier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Avel Vat's Guillaume Minier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Edmond Kubiak struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Avel Vat. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bilal Moutte hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Avel Vat's goalkeeper Danny Pasquier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Émilien Tessier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danny Pasquier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Honduras's Edmundo Espiga to fire away a dangerous shot which Danny Pasquier despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Danny Pasquier saved Avel Vat from getting behind. Luca Espinar took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danny Pasquier. Danny Pasquier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Sébastien Milliot hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Danny Pasquier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 64th minute of play. When Avel Vat's Youri Djorkaeff in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. In the 68th minute of the match Avel Vat got a corner. Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Youri Djorkaeff ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Youri Djorkaeff in the 70th minute of play. Moises Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Espiga. Guillaume Minier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Guillaume Minier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Guillaume Minier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Avel Vat booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Youri Djorkaeff, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
