In the 2nd minute, one of Honduras:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Honduras. Marcin Piszczor took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 5 minutes, Beniamin Teofila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Veth Crystals and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Veth Crystals's Beniamin Teofila got a free kick in the 5th minute. Roland Domaradzki hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Benedykt Pionek sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedykt Pionek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedykt Pionek got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedykt Pionek in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Benedykt Pioneks short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Lautaro Navarro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Karanowski in the 26th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beniamin Teofila took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Napoleon Gollob got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lucjan Molski. After 38 minutes, Napoleon Gollob mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Veth Crystals and the Honduras players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Napoleon Gollob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Moises Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aureliusz Naumowicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomasz Sokol in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Beniamin Teofila was slow to take the kick. During this time Veth Crystals's players had a chance to rest. 47 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliusz Naumowicz. Veth Crystals's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedykt Pionek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Veth Crystals's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Moises Tafalla scored to the left of an out of position Aureliusz Naumowicz, making the score, 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Navarro during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Honduras fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! During the 63rd minute of the match Roland Domaradzki completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Roland Domaradzki a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Roland Domaradzki kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedykt Pionek in the 70th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, one of Honduras:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Honduras. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliusz Naumowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, Veth Crystals's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Sancho came free, but Aureliusz Naumowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Aureliusz Naumowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Napoleon Gollob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes Veth Crystals got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Piszczor. Benedykt Pionek hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. 101 minutes into the game, Veth Crystals's Tomasz Sokol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Honduras eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
