Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Ninjas in Pyjamas's Eric Păvăloae started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Eric Păvăloae's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Cotilla was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Andrei Cosor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ninjas in Pyjamas's Eric Păvăloae shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After some careless play in the Ninjas in Pyjamas defense, Tomas Berganza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cai Yue Guang. The Ninjas in Pyjamas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cai Yue Guang should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute, Felipe Ros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rareș Tatulici sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eric Păvăloae blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Păvăloae in the 31st minute of play. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ninjas in Pyjamas's Eric Păvăloae. But to his dismay, Eric Păvăloae quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 38th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Carita to maneuver through the defense. In the 39thth minute of the game Eric Păvăloae who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panama's Marcos Cotilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Panama's Miguel Miralles got a free kick in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 45th minute of play forced Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalkeeper Cai Yue Guang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eric Păvăloae went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Berganza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Ninjas in Pyjamas booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Carita didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jose Carita hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Anton Cucerdean stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Anton Cucerdean tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ninjas in Pyjamas's attentive Laurențiu Loghin managed to snatch the ball when Jose Carita made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Păvăloae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Păvăloae recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Eric Păvăloae got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felipe Ros hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ninjas in Pyjamas's goalie prevented a goal. 96 minutes into the game, Panama's Abraham Alguacil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cai Yue Guang made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ninjas in Pyjamas.
