In the 14th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Rigoberto Mina in the 16th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 『挑战者』大连星海湾's 巩超荣. In the 18th minute of the game Camilo Gaos made a throw-in which Tomas Illescas played forward. After a rather tough play, 『挑战者』大连星海湾's 俞珂宁 got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper 郝思骏 came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Venezuela reached it. A sloppy throw-in by Salvador Gisbert in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by 『挑战者』大连星海湾's 何耀星. In the 25th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Mariano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 郝思骏. 『挑战者』大连星海湾's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 『挑战者』大连星海湾's 何耀星 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Salvador Gisbert in the 30 minute of the game. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 郝思骏. 郝思骏 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 郝思骏 saved 『挑战者』大连星海湾 from getting behind. 『挑战者』大连星海湾's 郝思骏 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 40th minute of play. 潘枫正 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. 郝思骏 came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Illescas slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with 郝思骏 in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-4 in the 67th minute. 75 minutes in the game Camilo Gaos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tomas Illescas. 郝思骏 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Salvador Gisbert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 『挑战者』大连星海湾 the free kick. In the 79th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the game, Guillermo Mariano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 郝思骏. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Venezuela eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
