Ceferino Odol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. BYDGOSTIA's Olgierd Kowalski got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Olgierd Kowalski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. 9 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's Ceferino Odol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zbyszko Leper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 13th minute of play forced BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Zbyszko Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Olgierd Kowalski managed to get in a good position for a shot. BYDGOSTIA's supporters rose to their feet, but Olgierd Kowalski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Manzanares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicklas Lindström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to BYDGOSTIA getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Nicklas Lindström hit a great ball. In the 25th minute, Axel Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With an all-out effort, BYDGOSTIA's Pedro Manzanares threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Olgierd Kowalski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 36th minute, Hilario Dalmai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olgierd Kowalski. Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hilario Dalmai in the 41 minute of the game. 43 minutes into the game, Abram Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Zbyszko Leper was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ceferino Odol came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pedro Manzanares could save by the left post. In the 48th minute BYDGOSTIA were awarded a corner. Sebastian Bochynski went to the cornerflag to take it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olgierd Kowalski was the one to do the kick off. Olgierd Kowalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. The supporters of Colombia booed when BYDGOSTIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Piechocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colombia's Axel Montenegro shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 57th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Zbyszko Leper but with some difficulty. A collision led to BYDGOSTIA getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Sebastian Bochynski hit a great ball. Mariusz Warka hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Mariusz Warka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Navarro to maneuver through the defense. BYDGOSTIA made a substitution. Yu Ran Fan replaced Ceferino Odol. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Samuel Navarro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Kowalski in the 70th minute of play. Olgierd Kowalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 86 minutes of play, BYDGOSTIA's Kazimierz Trojanowski made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 89 minutes, Kazimierz Trojanowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BYDGOSTIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kazimierz Trojanowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patryk Zgonina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Manzanares having to interfere. Despite being the better team, BYDGOSTIA failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
