Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Vibar Vërçuni kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 2-0 in the 9 minute of play. Geovânio Meireles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Geovânio Meireles sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Tayyar Taner reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 3-0. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Polonia Division's Tayyar Taner. But to his dismay, Tayyar Taner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Geovânio Meireles who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Benito Sanz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Geovânio Meireles had several of the Costa Rica's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 24 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Benito Sanz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Tayyar Taners short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Erando Palla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tayyar Taner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tayyar Taner. When Aaron Alcocer fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Aaron Alcocer a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Polonia Division booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tayyar Taner in the 37th minute of play. Hetem Paloka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Puig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 39 in the game by Geovânio Meireles from a close distance when the talented Benito Sanz managed to make a qualified save. Costa Rica's players were relieved. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Benito Sanz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Lautaro Puig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hetem Paloka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Axel Tasis to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 50th minute. 51 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Urmet Jahe came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tayyar Taner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Hetem Paloka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Puig in the 54th minute of the match. Tayyar Taner succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geovânio Meireles went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Polonia Division made a substitution. Oskar Hammarbäck replaced Lek Kume. Erando Palla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tayyar Taner in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 85th minute Geovânio Meireles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Tayyar Taner came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovânio Meireles in the 91st minute of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tayyar Taner in the 92nd minute of play. In the 95th minute, Geovânio Meireles made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0.
