In the 8th minute Börge Hallgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, KD Stiger's Benjamin Stark got a free kick in the 15th minute. Jorge Magrina hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 23rd minute of play forced KD Stiger's goalkeeper Benjamin Blixt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulf Olofsson went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, KD Stiger's Benjamin Stark got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 40th minute Mateo Leguizamo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Blixt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Luque, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Valentino Ferrant. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ulf Olofsson made the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64 minutes, Luis Rubio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the KD Stiger players grew even worse after the yellow card. Georg Danielsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Ulf Olofsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KD Stiger's Benjamin Blixt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save KD Stiger from getting a goal against them. Börge Hallgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Jorge Magrina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernst Asmundsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Moises Fernandino got a free kick in the 95th minute. KD Stiger's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
