After 15 played minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ronald Ellehauge came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. With an all-out effort, ☆战国☆深圳超音速足球队's Dante Lacasa threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arda Güler, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arda Güler got free with Dante Lacasa in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 23 minutes, 曾希坤 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☆战国☆深圳超音速足球队's supporters crossed their fingers, but 曾希坤 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, 曾希坤 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and 曾希坤 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronald Ellehauge having to interfere. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by ☆战国☆深圳超音速足球队's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arda Güler to strike the kick off in the second half. Ronald Ellehauge made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arda Güler in the 57th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arda Güler in the 67th minute of play. ☆战国☆深圳超音速足球队 made a substitution. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ronald Ellehauge, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by ☆战国☆深圳超音速足球队's 曾希坤. But to his dismay, 曾希坤 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ronald Ellehauge made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Arda Güler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Arda Güler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lautaro Mancebo's late challenge caught a ☆战国☆深圳超音速足球队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lautaro Mancebo helped the player get up and apologised. After 85 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Mancebo. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 克鲁李 Caan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 克鲁李 Caan in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ronald Ellehauge. Ronald Ellehauge yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Despite being the better team, Mexico failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
