After 10 minutes, Jesus Carvallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the Academia B.F. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for El Salvador! El Salvador:s Ricardo Zorita showed great skill when he stopped Primo Sans:s penalty. Primo Sans did an outstanding performance 12 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-0 to the right of an irritated Ricardo Zorita in the goal. Primo Sans was extremely unlucky when he, in the 16th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Primo Sans took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ricardo Zorita. Ricardo Zorita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 21st minute, Academia B.F.'s Primo Sans dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Moises Fernandino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Primo Sans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Primo Sans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Zorita read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. If Primo Sans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Leguizamo to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute, Primo Sans made a precise shot to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Primo Sans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Primo Sans to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentino Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primo Sans's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. When Academia B.F.'s Primo Sans in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Salvador's goalie prevented a goal. Ricardo Zorita didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Academia B.F.'s Primo Sans shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luis Rubio during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Luis Rubio hit a great ball. Michel Totti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Michel Totti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 75th minute, Michel Totti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Academia B.F.'s Walmir Campidelis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luis Rubio, made in the 80th minute of the game. Zachary Mentus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Academia B.F. fully deserved thier win.
