The audience was convinced that Eddy Worrall's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Prudencio Maju received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rolando Noboa came out and tried to block the shot, but Prudencio Maju slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s zone, Julian Murillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cafer Demirsah came out of the goal and Julian Murillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was a well-played corner which Josep Miquelarena managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 24thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s Cafer Demirsah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute Prudencio Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stephan De Vriendt made in the 30th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Prudencio Maju recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 39th minute of play forced Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s goalkeeper Cafer Demirsah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Julian Murillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cafer Demirsah. Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Murillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anthony Alvarado during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Murillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The corner ended in Eddy Worrall almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Peru's Rolando Noboa did a great save. The Jonathan Livingston ⚜️ fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s Eddy Worrall looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Worrall in the 62nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Peru's Julian Murillo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s Cafer Demirsah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luz Tejedor in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafer Demirsah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Murillo got free with Cafer Demirsah in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cafer Demirsah saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Peru's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Birkan Cam was slow to take the kick. During this time Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s players had a chance to rest. After 81 minutes, Radowit Loncki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jonathan Livingston ⚜️ and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st match minute, Jonathan Livingston ⚜️ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Loncki to maneuver through the defense. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Cafer Demirsah was a little too slow when Rafael Gallo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 3-3. With his leg Cafer Demirsah managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Peru's Rafael Gallo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eliseo Mina struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Cafer Demirsah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Jonathan Livingston ⚜️'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Rafael Gallo scored to the left of an out of position Cafer Demirsah, making the score, 3-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Peru walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
