In the 46th minute 谢鹏南 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 谢鹏南 to make the kick off. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 谢鹏南 in the 51st minute of play. Romon Oliver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 莫兴迪 went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match.
