The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After taking down the ball on Loco De Remate's corner Mehmet Emrah Ruşen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lautaro Navarro quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Rene Aires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Rene Aires tried to chip the ball over his head. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Valentín Carvallo got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Rene Aires managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loco De Remate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Aires was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Aires in the 55th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Mouzo made in the 57th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo. Walmir Catarinense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Villa in the 62nd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Jerrold Barzana in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Christobal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Clodoveo Christobal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Clodoveo Christobal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Clodoveo Christobal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Loco De Remate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. In the 91st match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Navarro to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute there was a penalty for Loco De Remate. Mehmet Emrah Ruşen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lautaro Navarro. 9-0. Jerrold Barzana hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. 98 minutes into the match, Sebastian Villa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Walmir Catarinense. Loco De Remate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Villa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Loco De Remate had won after a very even match.
