The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre Cavia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bon Scotts short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Joaquin Gayoso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Joaquin Gayoso was a little too slow when Bon Scott got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Bon Scott tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Bon Scott dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Joaquin Gayoso, 3-0. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Bon Scott sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Bon Scott sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Jorge Sainz hit a great ball. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bon Scott in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute of the match FC Cavia Pyskowice got a corner. Uruguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jedrzej Indyk ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jedrzej Indyk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joaquin Gayoso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bon Scott might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bon Scott ran back to his position shaking his head. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bon Scott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bon Scott in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bon Scott in the 72nd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Wieslaw Ciborek was substituted for Jedrzej Indyk. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Dominik Wincek was substituted for Edward Jaraczewski. In the 77th minute, Camilo Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the game, FC Cavia Pyskowice's Wieslaw Ciborek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslaw Miazga in the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Miroslaw Miazga notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miroslaw Miazga's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. FC Cavia Pyskowice's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
