Jacobo Nores was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Yu Guang Chen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yu Guang Chen really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Jacobo Nores yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yu Guang Chen in the 41st minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paraguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jairo Eneko was slow to take the kick. During this time Barreal FC's players had a chance to rest. Yu Guang Chen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ben-Ami Gol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Jacobo Nores made a huge save. In the 46th minute, Yu Guang Chen made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 8-0 at half-time.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Ben-Ami Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Yu Guang Chen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ben-Ami Gol in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. Jaime Pardo was slow to take the kick. During this time Paraguay's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Paraguay's Jose Sanz getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yu Guang Chen in the 71st minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ben-Ami Gol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Jaime Pardo fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paraguay's protests and gave Jaime Pardo a yellow card for diving instead. Ben-Ami Gol took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0.
