Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Ali Numan Afak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Ali Numan Afak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ersen Bumba, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Alexander Carballo got a free kick in the 13th minute. Benito Sanz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Erdeniz Karadeniz. 20 minutes into the match, ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Ersen Bumba sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Ersen Bumba could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Benito Sanz however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ersen Bumba got free with Benito Sanz in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Numan Afak, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. With his leg Benito Sanz managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Ersen Bumba fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ersen Bumba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ersen Bumba scored 7-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erdeniz Karadeniz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erman Kayıhan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. After 81 minutes, Ersen Bumba made it 11-0 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
