Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jonathan Alphonse got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Diniz in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noel Seide saved Haiti from getting behind. The corner led Goiás Esporte Clube's Eliézer Barros to a score. 1-0 in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Dênis Faria dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Noel Seide, 2-0. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Diniz in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Umberto Peres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Goiás Esporte Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Umberto Peres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Seide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute, Dênis Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noel Seide made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Valdir Neves sent off a good shot on target. Haiti's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Umberto Peres 32 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 6-0. The audience was convinced that Umberto Peres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Noel Seide was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Haiti defense, Marcus Diniz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noel Seide. The Haiti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Seide should have stopped the shot. Marcus Diniz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 8-0 to the left of a surprised Noel Seide 42 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcus Diniz to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcus Diniz scored 10-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Seide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Goiás Esporte Clube's Eliézer Barros got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 11-0 when Marcus Diniz sped through Haiti's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Noel Seide. After 64 minutes of play, Goiás Esporte Clube's Giovanni da Rocha made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Marcus Diniz took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Seide. Noel Seide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. Valdir Neves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Noel Seide. Haiti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Haiti defense, Marcus Diniz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noel Seide. The Haiti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Seide should have stopped the shot. Umberto Peres took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Seide. Noel Seide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-0. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Umberto Peres put it in 16-0 from a short distance just to the right of Noel Seide. 93 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Figueiredo came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Goiás Esporte Clube's Dênis Faria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Noel Seide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 17-0. Goiás Esporte Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
