After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Jiang Yuan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Jiang Yuan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play forced Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Cyprian Tipinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Inmortales FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Sebastian Mott hit a great ball. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyprian Tipinski having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Cyprian Tipinski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cyprian Tipinski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 22nd minute of play forced Inmortales FC's goalkeeper Cyprian Tipinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cyprian Tipinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cyprian Tipinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of Inmortales FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inmortales FC:s Cyprian Tipinski showed great skill when he stopped Daniel Zorita:s penalty. The supporters of Inmortales FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiang Yuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gisbert. Cyprian Tipinski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Saelices in the 65th minute. Emilio Caracciolo might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When the match clock showed 72 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Emilio Caracciolo sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. In the 80th minute, Emilio Caracciolo made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 83 minutes of play, Inmortales FC's Emilio Caracciolo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Inmortales FC's Cyprian Tipinski got control of the ball when Felix Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andrew Reilly's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
