Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Bo Ros started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Marta Pressley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Ros, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 10 minutes Chile's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Claudio Caniggia who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Bo Ros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Bo Ros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marta Pressley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bo Ros, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Juan Leto made in the 20th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chile's Pedro Indiano. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bo Ros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Mariano Lacasa scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marta Pressley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marta Pressley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Lacasa to make the kick off. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Francisco Carballar hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Dave Efrayim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marta Pressley having to make a save. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marta Pressley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 89th minute of play. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 93 minutes into the match, Dave Efrayim notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego.
